While TA Cup points leader Ken Sutherland went on to smoothly dominate, leading every lap on his way to his fourth-consecutive victory, TA2 championship contender Brody Goble experienced engine issues, which led to hard, close racing among the top-four for the win. Tim Carroll was ultimately victorious, earning his first victory of the 2025 season.

Tom Blomqvist blazed to the Motul Pole Award for the 28th annual Motul Le Mans by 0.199 of a second on Friday, and timing screens showed all of that advantage was earned in the short, 8-second sector that begins the 2.54-mile lap from the start/finish line through Road Atlanta’s treacherous Turn 1. Or, in Blomqvist’s case, just 7.978 seconds.

 Sunday October 5th...As expected, road course maven Shane van Gisbergen won Sunday’s Bank of America Roval 400, but that was only a small part of the story at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Road Course.

 Long after van Gisbergen took the checkered flag to record his fifth straight road course victory of the NASCAR Cup Series season, Ross Chastain made a banzai run in the frontstretch chicane and wiped out Denny Hamlin’s Toyota in a desperate attempt to secure the final spot in the Playoffs’ Round of 8.


Majeski Takes His Fifth Oktoberfest 200 at La Crosse


 

Sunday October 5th..Ty Majeski tied Joe Shear by winning his fifth ASA Midwest Tour Oktoberfest 200 at the La Crosse Fairgrounds Speedway in West Salem, WI.


Casey Johnson finished third to claim his fourth ASAMT championship. 


Majeski got by Andrew Morrissey on lap 144 and pulled away to the checkered flag. 

 

This is his fifth Oktoberfest victory in the last nine years after he picked up his first victory in 2016.

Sunday September 28th...after more than a two-year absence, the Hovis Auto & Truck Supply RUSH Dirt Late Model Flynn's Tire/Gunter's Honey Touring Series returned to the quarter-mile Bradford Speedway bulling on Sunday evening to complete the "Mike Reed Memorial". The event was initially started on July 13, but rain washed out the feature as the cars were set to take the green flag. The feature was rescheduled for August 17, but Mother Nature once again claimed that event. Race #15 of the 2025 season was finally completed on a beautiful, warm Sunday evening along with a complete new City Chevrolet Weekly Series program.

The defending World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series champions won $83,000 at Thunderbowl Raceway’s Dennis Roth Classic in California last Saturday. Six days later the scene shifted more than 2,000 miles east to Findlay, OH’s Millstream Speedway for Sheldon Haudenschild’s Buckeye Brawl presented by NOS Energy Drink. The result? Another trip to Victory Lane for Gravel and the Big Game crew.


 

Friday September 26th...Nick Hoffman made his mark in the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series record books on Friday night at Brownstown Speedway, becoming the 94th different winner in the series' 21-year history. Hoffman took the lead on lap 30 and narrowly edged out Brandon Sheppard at the finish line to win the $10,000 prize in the 4th Annual C.J. Rayburn Memorial.
